Mr. Pearsall has over 30 years experience in Federal Government contracting including 20 with the Department of Defense and 10 with the Federal Aviation Administration. He has a BS degree from University of Maryland. Together with Mr. Elliott, they founded Sentinel Power Services .

Mr. Belford has 40 years experience with the FAA developing and installing systems across the entire range of facilities. Since joining Sentinel Power he has managed Fuel System, HVAC, and Lightning Protection and Grounding Projects.

Mr. Reber has built an impressive career in emergency power generation for the National Air Space (NAS), working alongside the Executive Director to develop vital operational programs. A skilled strategic advisor, he has led project teams and addressed complex, cross-functional issues. With expertise in program management and policy development, Mr. Reber has improved procedures through innovative problem-solving techniques.

With over 25 years of experience in commercial construction, Mr. Avila has honed his skills as a Project Manager. By allocating resources, keeping stakeholders informed, and managing progress, he has consistently achieved stakeholder goals. Mr. Avilas' specialty is making the impossible possible.

Mr. Einberger has 35 years experience as a mechanical engineer in the HVAC and Fuel System areas. He studied Environmental Systems at Dunwoody College of Technology and served in the US Navy aboard a nuclear submarine before begining his career in contracting.
